Software Engineer, Accountant, & Sailor
A solution-driven and detail-oriented software developer with over 13 years of professional experience in Accounting & Auditing, including 5 years of audit with a "Big 4" firm. I like to think of learning as a never ending journey. In my coding bootcamp journey at General Assembly I have learned that I love to tinker with technology and get a thrill out of making a process better. Any skill can be taught, but the drive to learn something is inherent personality. I prefer to keep learning, continue challenging myself, and do interesting things that matter.
I am a software engineering fellow due to graduate April, 2022. A self-sufficient employee who also knows the importance of teamwork and the power of reaching out to more experienced colleagues. Forward-thinking & willing to transfer knowledge as needed to contribute to the strength of the team.
